Description
This kit includes the standard insignia for a new Troop 28 scout and includes forest green shoulder loops, troop numerals 2+8, a NEIC shoulder patch, and the World Crest and Anniversary Ring.
In addition, the troop will provide (at no additional cost) a Patrol Patch and any awards and advancement patches earned by an individual scout (e.g., merit badges, rank patches, Totin' Chip, Cyber Chip, Trained or Recruiter strips, Polar Bear patch) or the troop (e.g., Journey to Excellence).
